WELCOME TO AL MIZAN PRIMARY SCHOOL
Who are we?
It was in the summer of 2001 when a group of dedicated parents noticed a need for a school that combines between learning Islamic traditions and a high-quality programme of education in teaching national curriculum subjects. Shortly after, Al-Mizan was formed.
Al Mizan is an Islamic Independent primary school. In 2014 alone, 100% of students got a level 4 or higher for maths and writing in their SATs. Also, 98% achieved level 4 or higher in English along with 96% in reading.

We believe our success stems from the professionalism and commitment of all our staff; teaching and support. The school promotes the culture of unity and brotherhood which creates a sense of security amongst our students.
The positive relationships between the different year groups and the constructive rapport between students and staff are most definitely one of the many strengths our school prides itself with; and one that we believe is vital to creating a safe conducive environment for learning to take place.
Where are we located?
The School has benefited greatly from being housed in one of the largest and most prestigious Islamic centres in Europe; The London Muslim Centre. The centre provides the students with a much-valued identity and they have come to appreciate the great part it plays in their lives. The School is fully equipped with up to date resources and apparatus necessary to teach all the subjects to a high standard. The purpose built classrooms are equipped with modern technology that includes interactive TVs
